Sesame Crispy Chicken with Knorr SavorRich Chicken Concentrated Seasoning

Ingredients (serves 4 - 6 pax):

2 tablespoons of Knorr SavorRich Chicken Concentrated Seasoning
1 tablespoon of young ginger juice
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons of Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
0.5 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of five spice powder
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
3 cloves of garlic - smashed
4 pieces of shallots - smashed
2 stalks of spring onion - lightly smashed and tied into a knot
1.2kg chicken
